What data we use.

We collect only the data needed to answer requests and process, pay for, and deliver orders. The website has no customer account.

Data you provide

Name, email, phone, message, order contents, delivery address, or chosen parcel machine if you include them in an email or form.

Why we use it

To answer requests, confirm orders, coordinate payment, arrange delivery, and handle return or quality questions.

Where the cart is stored

The cart is stored locally in the user's browser. We receive order data when you continue to online payment.

Sharing data

Online payments are processed by Stripe. To arrange delivery, we may share necessary details with Omniva or Smartpost. We do not receive your payment card details or sell personal data.

Retention

The Stripe technical log does not contain email, phone, delivery address, or order contents and is automatically deleted after 14 days. We use delivery data until the order is fulfilled and related enquiries are resolved. Documents required for accounting and tax records are kept for 7 years from the end of the relevant financial year unless the law requires another period.

Data security

Access to order data and technical logs is limited to authorised people and protected by server access permissions. We do not duplicate contact details or delivery addresses in the technical log.
