We collect only the data needed to answer requests, process orders, and contact you. The website currently has no online payment and no customer account.

Data you provide

Name, email, phone, message, order contents, delivery address, or chosen parcel machine if you include them in an email or form.

Why we use it

To answer requests, confirm orders, coordinate payment, arrange delivery, and handle return or quality questions.

Where the cart is stored

The cart is stored locally in the user's browser. We do not receive it until you send the order yourself.

Sharing data

To arrange delivery, we may share necessary details with the selected delivery partner. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention

Order and correspondence data is kept as long as needed to fulfil the order, meet accounting obligations, and answer later questions.
