How orders are handled.
Hedonist Tea orders are paid online through Stripe.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Stripe. All prices, including delivery, are final and include 24% VAT. An order confirmation and invoice are sent after payment.

Delivery
We deliver in Estonia to Omniva and Smartpost parcel lockers. Delivery costs 4,50 EUR and is free for orders from 50 EUR. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.
Returns
Unused goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The product should be in resalable condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged parcel
If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 2 business days and include photos of the package and product.
