How orders are handled.

This page describes the current Hedonist Tea order process. Until online payment is added, we confirm orders by email and share payment details separately.

Placing an order

Choose tea, add items to the cart, and send the order by email. If you need help with taste, weight, or gifts, write to us before payment.

Payment

Until online payment is connected, we share payment details by email after confirming the order. Orders are shipped after payment is confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver in Estonia with Omniva and Itella Smartpost. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days when the product is available and payment is confirmed.

Returns

Unused goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The product should be in resalable condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged parcel

If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 2 business days and include photos of the package and product.
