How orders
are handled.
Hedonist Tea orders are paid online through Stripe.
Placing an order
Choose tea, add items to the cart, and pay online. If you need help with taste, weight, or gifts, write to us before payment.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Stripe. All prices, including delivery, are final and include 24% VAT. An order confirmation and invoice are sent after payment.

Delivery
We deliver in Estonia to Omniva, Smartpost and DPD parcel lockers. Delivery costs 4,50 EUR and is free for orders from 50 EUR. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.
Returns and withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Email info@hedonistclub.ee with your order number and the items you wish to return. Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Confirm the return address with us before sending. The buyer pays the direct return shipping costs.
Condition of goods and exceptions
Please keep the goods and packaging. If handling goes beyond what is needed to inspect the goods and reduces their value, the buyer is responsible for that reduction. Statutory exceptions apply, including to perishable goods and opened sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Opening the outer shipping box does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, including the original standard delivery cost. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever comes first. The refund uses the same payment method at no extra charge unless another method is agreed with you.
Problems with goods or delivery
If your parcel is damaged or the wrong item arrives, email info@hedonistclub.ee with photos of the goods and packaging. Where possible, report damage within 2 working days so we can resolve delivery issues promptly. This request does not limit your statutory rights concerning defective goods.
