Full description
(金骏眉), whose name translates as Golden Eyebrows, is one of China’s most refined and expensive black teas. This rare tea originates in Wuyishan, Fujian province — a region that is also the birthplace of other legends of Chinese tea, including Lapsang Souchong and Da Hong Pao. A soft, rounded taste with honey, floral and light fruity notes. Warming and gently invigorating — this tea contains caffeine. Lovely for an unhurried morning or a daytime pause. The value of Golden Eyebrows lies in tender spring buds, painstaking hand-picking and careful processing. Much care and work go into a single fragrant cup.
